The “Chipotle x TABASCO® Sweepstakes”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Chipotle x TABASCO® Sweepstakes” (the “ Sweepstakes”) begins on August 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“ PT”) and ends on August 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select three (3) winners of a prize from among all eligible entries received. By participating, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and their affiliates are ineligible. Instagram account required to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period: (i) follow the @chipotle Instagram account; (ii) follow the @TABASCO® Instagram account; and (iii) tag a friend in the comments of the Sweepstakes Post (the “ Comment”). Limit one (1) entry per person.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected in a drawing at the end of the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via reply to their Comment or direct message. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZES/ODDS: Three (3) prizes are available: each consists of one (1) custom bedazzled TABASCO® Brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce and one (1) $100 Chipotle gift card. The approximate retail value (“ ARV”) of each prize is $1,000.00.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Prize winner must comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss or damage related to the Sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: The law of Colorado governs these Official Rules.

ARBITRATION PROVISION: Any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved through binding arbitration, with certain conditions and procedures outlined in the rules.

SOCIAL NETWORK RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER: This Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram. Each entrant releases Instagram from liability regarding the Sweepstakes.
