CHIPOTLE HEALTHCARE HEROES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Chipotle Healthcare Heroes” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about April 28, 2022 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on May 6, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes invites eligible entrants to nominate a healthcare professional who they view as a healthcare hero by commenting on one of the “Sweepstakes Posts”. At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select up to two thousand (2,000) winners of a prize, from among all eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY:

Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must complete the following steps: (i) post an original comment on the Sweepstakes Post that complies with the “Comment Guidelines” below and tags a friend who is a “Healthcare Professional”. (ii) Each entrant is permitted to nominate an individual Nominee a maximum of one (1) time per Sweepstakes Post.

COMMENT GUIDELINES:

(i) The Comment must be the submitting entrant’s original work. (ii) You must have permission to tag the person featured in your post. (iii) The Comment must not include text or subject matter that is deemed by the Sponsor to be objectionable.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

At the end of the Promotion Period, the winning Comments will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

PRIZES:

There are Two Thousand (2,000) prizes available, each consisting of Chipotle Rewards credits good for one (1) free burrito entrée per week for a year.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants the Promotion Entities the right to use such entrant’s name, social media tag, likeness, and biographical information for any purpose.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prizes will be awarded only if each potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION:

All issues and questions concerning the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Colorado.

ARBITRATION PROVISION:

Each entrant (and any minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian) agrees that any disputes with the Promotion Entities will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration.
