Chipotle values your privacy. Depending on applicable law, you may have certain privacy rights. If you would like to submit a request pertaining to your personal information / personal data, please complete the form below. This form allows you to submit requests to know, access, delete or correct your personal information / personal data.

This form also allows you to submit a request to opt out of our sale, share, or processing of your personal information for targeted advertising. While we do not “sell” your data in the traditional sense, our use of advertising services may involve a “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” involving personal information under certain laws. To make an opt-out request related to our sharing of your personal information directly with third parties who provide us with advertising services, please complete the form below.

In order to opt out of web-based “sales” or “sharing,” or processing of your personal information for “targeted advertising” that occurs through cookies and similar technologies on our websites, please click on the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of our webpage and toggle off “Non Essential Targeting, Social Media, Analytics, & Functional Cookies”. You will need to repeat this process for each browser or device you use.

The request will be handled based on the information you provide. If the information you provide does not match the information we have, we may be unable to complete your request. Please note, you must submit a separate request for each email address, credit/debit/gift card, or phone number that you have used with us.

• Are you looking to update your marketing preferences, delivery address or payment method? Please note that you are able to make updates and corrections to your account information within your Chipotle app or by logging into your online Chipotle account. These changes can be made by clicking on the person icon in the top left of your screen and then scrolling down to the appropriate subsection (e.g. Payment Methods, Personal & Preferences, Saved Delivery Addresses (within your online account) or Find a Chipotle (within the app)).
