The “Chipotle Divot Repair Tool” Sweepstakes

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Chipotle Divot Repair Tool” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about July 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on July 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select twenty-five (25) winners of a prize from among all eligible entries received. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of CMG Strategy Co., LLC, 610 Newport Center Drive, Suite 1100, Newport Beach, California, 92660 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor, and each of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising, and promotion agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and/or those residing in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. A free Instagram account is required to participate in the Sweepstakes. To sign up for Instagram, go to www.instagram.com.

HOW TO ENTER: At the beginning of the Promotion Period, Joel Dahmen (@joeldahmen) and Mark Hubbard (@homelesshubbsgolf) will post a collaboration post on their Instagram accounts announcing the Sweepstakes and inviting entrants to enter the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Post”). To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period: (i) post an original comment on the Sweepstakes Post that complies with the “Comment Guidelines” below (each, a “Comment”). Upon completing the required steps, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The Comment must meet the following “Comment Guidelines”: (i) the Comment must be the submitting entrant’s original, previously unpublished work and must not feature or focus on any copyrighted material, logos or trademarks that are owned by third parties; and (ii) the Comment must not include text or subject matter that is deemed by the Sponsor to be obscene, profane, pornographic, libelous or otherwise objectionable. Each entrant’s social media account must be set to public to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to participate. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.chipotle.com/about-us/privacy-policy.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Promotion Period, twenty-five (25) winners will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A potential winner will be notified by comment or direct message to the account used to post a Comment. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within the time period specified in the winner notification, or if the prize or winner notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit the potential winner’s prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, in addition to any other grants which may be granted in any other agreement entered into between Sponsor and any entrant in and/or winner of the Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably grants the Promotion Entities and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrant’s name, social media tag, likeness, and biographical information, and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, to advertise, market, and promote the Promotion Entities, or the Sweepstakes or other promotions.

PRIZES/ODDS: Twenty-five (25) prizes are available. The prize consists of one (1) divot repair tool. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $15.00.

No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prize of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable. The Prize will be delivered only to addresses in the United States. The total ARV of all prizes is $375.00.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize will be awarded only if each potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each potential winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.

All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
