THE “CHIPOTLE NAPKIN HOLDER” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Chipotle Napkin Holder” Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes”) begins on or about November 29, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time (“ PT”) and ends on November 29, 2023 at 10:45 a.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select ten (10) winners of a prize, from among all eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Entrants under the age of majority in their state of residence (a “ minor”) must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: At the beginning of the Promotion Period, Shari Dyonne will host a TikTok Live on the @Chipotle TikTok account (the “ Livestream”) announcing the Sweepstakes. To enter, during the Livestream, eligible entrants must post an original comment on the Livestream that complies with the “Comment Guidelines” below and incorporates the hashtag #Sweepstakes (each, a “ Comment”).

Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Promotion Period, the winners will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably grants the Promotion Entities and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrant’s name, social media tag, likeness, and biographical information, and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media for any purpose.

PRIZES/ODDS: Ten (10) prizes are available. Each Prize consists of one (1) Chipotle Napkin Holder. The approximate retail value ( “ARV”) of each prize is $30.00.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes will be awarded only if each potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Each entrant (and any minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian) agrees that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Colorado.

ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant (and any minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian) agrees to resolve disputes exclusively by final and binding arbitration.

All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
