OFFICIAL RULES
This Contest is only for legal residents aged 18 or older of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia only. Void where prohibited. Do not enter this Contest if you are not eligible and are not located in the United States at the time of entry.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Contest period will commence on September 17, 2024, and conclude on November 22, 2024.
1. SKRATCH. The Contest is created, sponsored, and hosted by Skratch Media, LLC, and is brought to you with promotional support by CMG Strategy Co., LLC. Chipotle is not the sponsor of this Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. The Contest is open to legal residents aged 18 or older of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia only.
3. TO ENTER. Entrants will create a video showing their most creative “chip shot” that complies with the Contest Entry Criteria.
Limit: 1 Entry per account/person during the Contest.
4. CONTEST ENTRY CRITERIA. Each Entry must meet the following restrictions:

• Must be original work and not infringe rights.
• Must include the entrant only or must have permission for others featured.
• Must not contain objectionable material.
• Must not contain discriminatory content.
• Must not include unlawful material.
• Must not contain identifiable information of others.
• Videos must be in acceptable formats.
  5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.
  Winner Selection: A judge or group will review the Entries to select Finalists based on creativity, execution, quality, and appropriateness.
  Winner Notification: Potential Winners will be notified via direct message within approximately 1 day following each round.
  6. PRIZE(S) AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV).
  Eight winners will receive free codes valued at $240. Each grand prize is valued at $3,879.52. Total ARV of all prizes is $9,679.04.
  Chipotle for a Year Prize consists of credits for one free regular menu entrée item per week for a year.
  7. INTERNET. Contest may be canceled or modified due to technical failures or issues beyond control.
  8. LICENSE TO ENTRY. Each entrant grants permission to Contest Entities to use the Entry.
  9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES/INDEMNIFICATION: Each entrant represents that their Entry does not infringe any rights and complies with Contest rules.
  10. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of a prize allows use of the winner's name and Entry for promotional purposes.
  11. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP/WAIVER OF EQUITABLE RELIEF: No special relationship exists between entrants and Contest Entities.
  12. NO OBLIGATION TO USE: Contest Entities are not obliged to use any Entry.
  13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES. Contest Entities are released from any liability related to participation.
  14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION. Governed by the laws of the state of New York.
  15. NO X/TIKTOK/INSTAGRAM ASSOCIATION. This Contest is not sponsored by social media platforms.
  16. PERSONAL INFORMATION. Information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest.
