PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Hot Sauce Dressing Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes”) begins on or about February 3, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“ PT”) and ends on February 5, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “ Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) entrant will be selected from all eligible entries to win a prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Entrants under the age of majority in their state of residence must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter. Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor and Promotion Entities are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will publish a collab post on the @Tabasco and @Chipotle Instagram accounts announcing the Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes Post”). Entrants must follow the @Tabasco, @tinx, and @Chipotle Instagram accounts and post an original comment (each, a “ Comment”) on the Sweepstakes Post that contains one (1) Guess of the number of rhinestones on the Special Edition Bottle. Limit: One (1) Guess per Comment, and three (3) Comments per eligible entrant during the Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The entrant whose Guess matches the total number of rhinestones on the Special Edition Bottle will be the winner. If no entrant correctly guesses the number, the winner will be selected by the closest Guess. A potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) “Chipotle for a Year Prize” consisting of Chipotle Rewards credits for one (1) free regular entrée item per week for a year (ARV of $517.40) and one (1) Special Edition Bottle (ARV of $1,100.00). Total ARV of all prizes is $1,617.40.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize will be awarded only if each potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Each prize winner is responsible for all taxes.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado.
