NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Chipotle Season of Extras Build-Your-Own-Chipotle” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about December 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select five (5) winners of a prize from among all eligible entries received. By participating, each entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry are eligible. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and related entities are ineligible. A free Instagram account is required to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: At the beginning of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will publish a post on the @chipotle Instagram account announcing the Sweepstakes. Eligible entrants must follow the @chipotle account and post a comment on the Sweepstakes Post that tags three (3) friends and complies with the “Comment Guidelines.”
- The Comment must be the submitting entrant’s original, unpublished work and must not feature any copyrighted material.
- It must not include any objectionable content.
- Each entrant’s social media account must be set to public.
Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries. A potential winner will be notified by comment or direct message. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate may be selected.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating, each entrant grants the Promotion Entities the right to use their name, likeness, and information for promotional purposes and releases the Promotion Entities from any liability.
PRIZES/ODDS: Five (5) prizes, each consisting of one Build Your Own Chipotle meal kit (“BYOC”), feeding approximately 4-6 people. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $59.00; total ARV of all prizes is $295.00.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-transferable, and winners are responsible for taxes associated with the prize.
GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE: Each entrant agrees to release Sponsor from any liability related to the Sweepstakes or prize acceptance.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
ARBITRATION PROVISION: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. An opt-out is available by sending a notice within 30 days.
