The “Chipotle Burrito Vault: Double Protein Edition” Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:  The “Chipotle Burrito Vault: Double Protein Edition” Promotion (the “ Promotion”) begins on or about March 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ ET”) and ends on April 1, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, up to thirty-six (36) drawings (each, a “ Drawing”) are scheduled to take place as outlined below.  Thirty-Six (36) will involve entrants attempting to guess the Combo as described below.

ELIGIBILITY:  Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry and who have a Chipotle Rewards account (each, an “ Account”) are eligible to enter.  Entrants under the age of majority in their state of residence (a “ minor”), must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter the Promotion.  This Promotion is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER:  During the Promotion Period, the Drawings are scheduled to take in which entrants have the opportunity to guess a “Combo” (each a “ Combo Drawing”). The entry period (the “ Entry Period”) for each Drawing begins on the hour (:00) of each hour from 9:00 a.m. ET to 9:00 p.m. ET during the Promotion Period and ends the earlier of (i) when the “Cap” (as defined below) is reached for the applicable Drawing; or (ii) at the end of each Drawing Period until the end of the Promotion Period. Entrants can enter one (1) time per Drawing Period.

To play the game, entrants must attempt to correctly guess the correct combination of burrito ingredients (the “ Combo”).  Each entrant will have up to four (4) attempts to submit a guess (each, a “ Guess”).  After submitting a Guess, the Website will display a message on screen to indicate which elements of the Combo are correct and which are incorrect.

PRIZES:  Thirty-nine (39) prizes are available in the FBFY Competition, thirty-three (33) winners will receive Burritos for a Year and six (6) winners will receive Double Protein Burritos For a Year. Each “ Burritos for a Year” prize consists of Chipotle Rewards credits good for one (1) free regular menu entrée item per week for a year, or a total of up to fifty-two (52) regular entrée items.  Each “ Double Protein Burritos for a Year” prize consists of Chipotle Rewards credits good for one (1) free regular menu entrée item per week with double protein for a year, or a total of up to fifty-two (52) regular entrée items. 
The ARV of the Burritos for a Year Prize is Five Hundred and Fifty-Four and Forty-Four Cents ($554.44).  Each “ Double Protein Burritos for a Year” prize consists of Chipotle Rewards credits good for one (1) free regular menu entrée item per week with double protein for a year, or a total of up to fifty-two (52) regular entrée items.

LIMITATIONS: Each entry must be made by the entrant, and all required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win.  Limited to (1) entry consisting of four (4) guesses per person and/or household and/or e-mail address per Drawing Period.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:  By participating in the Promotion, in addition to any other grants which may be granted in any other agreement entered into between Sponsor and any entrant in and/or winner of the Promotion, each entrant irrevocably grants the Promotion Entities and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrant’s name, social media tag, likeness, and biographical information, and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, to advertise, market, and promote the Promotion Entities or the Promotion or other promotions.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE:  Each entrant agrees that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.
