OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Ordinary mobile service and text messages charges apply. The “2026 Bowls for Goals” Promotion (the “ Promotion”) begins on or about February 13, 2026 at approximately 12:01 am Pacific Time (“ PT”) and is scheduled to take place during the live television broadcast of certain games (each, a “ Game”) during the Knockout Rounds featuring the U.S. Men’s National Hockey Team (“ USMHT”) and Women’s National Hockey Team (“ USWHT”) that are played as a part of the 2026 international men’s and women’s hockey competition and ends when all “Entrée Codes” (as defined below) have been claimed (the “ Promotion Period”). The Sponsor of this Promotion is CMG Strategy Co., LLC, 610 Newport Center Drive, Suite 1100, Newport Beach, CA, 92660 (“ Sponsor”). By participating in the Promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“ Terms”). Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, USA Hockey and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Promotion are collectively referred to herein as the “ Promotion Entities”.
During each Game, for each qualifying goal scored by the USMHT or USWHT, up to 5 goals, if any, USA Hockey will Tweet a unique keyword (“ Keyword”) from the @usahockey X account (each, a “ Promotion Tweet”). For clarity, qualifying goals are goals scored by the USMHT or USWHT during each Game including goals scored in overtime or sudden death but does not include any shootouts. The promotion applies for the first five goals of each Game during the Knockout Rounds. Once the Promotion Tweet is published, eligible participants can send a text message with the Keyword to the short code 888222 (the “ Short Code”). Up to the first Five Thousand (5,000) participants who send a text message with the Keyword to the Short Code will receive a text message with one (1) code valid for one (1) regular entrée item (the “ Entrée Code”). The period to claim the Entrée Codes will begin when each Promotion Tweet first appears and will end the earlier of (i) when all Entrée Codes have been claimed; or (ii) at the end of the applicable Game. Each Entrée Code can be redeemed by placing an order through the Chipotle App or on Chipotle.com. Entrée Codes expire on 3/31/26. Limit one (1) Entrée Code per phone number per Game. For clarity purposes, “regular menu entrée item” means a burrito, burrito bowl, single order of tacos, quesadilla (only available via the Chipotle App or on Chipotle.com), or a salad, subject to availability. The Entrée Code can be redeemed on orders placed through the Chipotle App or Chipotle.com at participating Chipotle restaurants in the United States.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions). Each participant must be at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry. Minors must have consent from their parent or legal guardian to participate.
The total approximate retail value (“ ARV”) of each Entrée Code is Nine Dollars and Forty-One Cents ($9.41). Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Text messages must be sent from a mobile number issued within the United States in order to be eligible for an Entrée Code. Entrée Codes may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution or transfer of the Entrée Codes is permitted; other restrictions apply.
By sending a text message to the Short Code, each participant agrees to receive one (1) message to the mobile number used to send the text message. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to quit. Text HELP for help. Contact Customer Service for additional support.
The text message participation method is designed to work with most of the major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate, and the mobile phone that is used must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Participants should check their phone’s features to see if they have that capability. Wireless service providers may charge participants for each text message, including any error message, that is sent and received in connection with the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to implement policies and procedures as may be necessary to enforce compliance with these Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions, errors or failures that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for miscommunications, or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
Each participant (and any minor participant’s parent or legal guardian) agree that each of the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Entrée Code, and (B) has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Entrée Code. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to a participant’s, or any other person’s, computer or mobile device which is occasioned by participating in the Promotion, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
